Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information transmitted by your browser (server log files), for example your IP address, the date and time of access, the page visited, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

A data processing agreement has been concluded with IONOS (Art. 28 GDPR).

Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

Contact form and email

If you write to me via the contact form or by email, I process your details (for example your name, email address, information about your female and your message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, for enquiries about a possible breeding, steps prior to entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Messages are transmitted via the IONOS email service. I delete your data as soon as your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. Your data is not passed on to third parties.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website does not use any analytics or marketing tools. The fonts are hosted locally; no connection to Google or other font providers is made when you visit the website.

This website contains a link to my Instagram profile. Only when you click it are you redirected to Instagram, where the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). An informal email is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the data protection authority of Lower Saxony (LfD Niedersachsen).
